I'm going to skip the details of my Louisiana disaster last week. (Well, not DISASTER…but crazy car issues)and go on to today.
Barbara's Father died this week after a broken hip and 10 week ordeal. So Laura and I drove down to Panama City for the funeral (no. no beach. no pier park. no seafood) But since I had someone else in the car i got the opportunity to stop at all the random things we saw. I would do this more often but i rarely have someone in the car and pictures are just more fun with people in them…
So my little bragbook from today. Life is not just like a roadtrip. It is. Soak it in. Take advantage. Oh and I didn't get it, but there was an amazing sunset…
I found my tombstone in the Parker Cemetery that Pawpaw was buried in. Simple. And to the point. No name. No date. No hoola.
I was going to get a picture of the jail down there but we didn't drive by it on the way home. boo.
Krispy Kreme. Hot Light. Need I say more? Nope. And bonus "Sheriff Sam" out front.
And the chicken. Made of fenders. And I don't know why I am huggin his leg. But it seemed to be right. And why I am calling it a him… no reason.
"Rooms for Rent" YEEEEAAAAHHH…..shady.
My favorite…mufflerman. We are tight now. Instant friendship.
And the cow. That I originally thought was a pig. And the tail moved when you pull it. I didn't have anything I could hug. So I did this…
